Quick Information: Forms & Applications

An application, once accepted, is a commitment to exhibit. No refunds will be made for cancellations, no-shows or removal for cause.

Artist must be present to display their own work; proxy exhibitors are not permitted.

Exhibits for Wednesday, July 4, 2019, must be set up by 10:00 a.m. and remain in place until 6:30 p.m. You may remain open until dark if you wish. Event begins at 11:00 a.m. but its likely that people will start browsing around 10 a.m.

The work of only one exhibitor may be displayed in each assigned space. Spaces are 10’x10’. One exhibit will not occupy more than one space unless additional space has been applied and paid for in advance. A two-person team producing one product may qualify as a single exhibitor, but this arrangement must be explained in detail on the application.

There will be no parking curbside on the immediate periphery of Seville Square or the parking lots of Bartram or Fountain parks. Parking is available in adjacent parking lots near Seville Square.

Driving is not permitted in the square at any time, including during assembly and disassembly of exhibits.

Due to underground water pipes, stakes may not be driven into the ground without supervision. No nails may be driven into trees.

The SERTOMA clubs and the various sponsors of this event are not responsible for any loss or damage to displays or artwork.
