We are looking forward to seeing you at this year’s Sertoma July 4th Celebration.
The Children’s Area will again be free of charge, which brings the people down to the park earlier in the day. There will be music throughout the day, and the Fireworks show will be the “Largest on the Gulf Coast” again this year! Booth prices have remained the same. Cost for the larger Food Vendor booths will be $600, with a $100 discount for fees submitted before June 1st. Smaller cart pricing has remained the same at $250 per cart. Please see the attached Food Vendor Agreement for specific pricing details.
Please note that our Sponsorship Agreement with Buffalo Rock requires that only Pepsi products (soft drinks and bottled water) be sold in the park at the event. To provide these products to vendors, a Buffalo Rock trailer will be at located on-site the day of the event with bottled drinks available for purchase of cases (VENDORS MUST PROVIDE A WAY TO ICE DOWN YOUR PRODUCT(S)). Ice will also be available for purchase from Sertoma in 20 lb. bags. This is similar to how ice has been provided in the past.
